Return Policy

RETURNS

We have a 30-day after-delivery returns policy. This means that once your order has been delivered you will have 30 days to exchange or refund your purchase. If this 30 days after delivery period expires, we cannot offer you an exchange or return.

 

Additionally, when returning an item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you had received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted otherwise.

 

 

REFUNDS

Once we have your returned items with us, we will reach out to you via email to confirm that we have received them. We will then begin an inspection of the items to ensure they meet our refund criteria (Unopened packaging, not worn or damaged). We will then email you to inform you if your return will be accepted. If you are accepted for a refund, we will then begin the refund process.

 

We will refund the amount paid for this order (shipping not included) to your card or original method of payment. This typically is refunded within 28 days.

 

EXCHANGES

Apologies, as we do not offer exchanges due to a change of mind.

However, we do offer exchanges for items that have been purchased and are found to be defective or damaged.

SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, you cannot receive a refund on sale items. Only products purchased at full price can be refunded.

MISSING OF LATE REFUNDS

We apologies if your refund is missing or late. We ask that you keep checking your banking accounts over the course of 28 days after refund has been accepted. If by the 28th day you still have not received your refund. Please call your bank to double check.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Items are not refundable after 30 days after delivery.

To process a refund, we require proof of purchase.

If an item has been taken out of its original packaging, is damaged, or is missing parts caused by a customer it is a non-refundable item.

Customized items cannot be returned or refunded.
